Problem with bsnl number, pls help

So recently my mom noticed that whenever she calls someone, voice of another person appears in between of the conversation. She said that it seemed that that person seemed to be involved in a conversation with another person, and she experienced trouble hearing the person she actually was in a conversation with, so she ended the call. Today my brother called my mom and he said the person who picked up the call was a different person, and he said he had no idea of what was going on either. My mom's sim is still active and in use, so I have no idea what's happening. Something similar happened to one of my other relatives, so everyone is thinking it's a "range" or a "tower" issue. Can someone tell me what's actually going on? I'm really concerned cause this is not normal

Is it just me, how to eat fish?

My folks were veggie rabbits though I used to trade my lunchbox for nom veg food since I was 12/13 types. So didn't really start eating fish till I began living on my own again the ones I cooked were the boneless types or netholi. The fear of the fish bone sticking to the throat makes me a messy eater. At my age (mid forties now) I often stay away from fish when I visit friends or family. My folks stay with me now and there is fish almost every day, river and those boney fish straight out of my nightmare. I need help here! Thanks in advance.
